colorless crystalloid or white crystal powder; odorless, cool and salty; slightly deliquescent in moist air; efflorescent in hot air; soluble in water but insoluble in Ethanol. It will decompose when heated and lose crystal water at 150℃.

In food industry, it is used as a flavor and stabilizer. In pharmaceutical industry, it is used as anticoagulant, reducer of phlegm and diuretic. In detergent industry, it can replace Sodium Tripolyphosphate to act as an auxiliary of non-phosphate detergent. Also it can be used in fermentation, injection, photographic chemicals and electroplation.

Commonly, we add this product according to the proportion of 0.2-0.5%.

It can be adjustable according to the actual situation.
